How to Stay Sane In The Midterm Election Madness

The political discourse in America has gone from toxic to deadly.  The past week has seen three different radicalized individuals commit acts of home grown terror.  African Americans, Jewish Americans and various political leaders were the targets of such rage.  Things have to change and it begins with each and every one of us.  It’s a crazy time, but we can remain sane.  This week’s podcast episode offers tips on how to deal with the midterm madness.  There’s no better time to do a self-check on where we stand as the holidays approach and we are sure to encounter uncomfortable situations with friends and loved ones who may have a different political ideology.  We must get to the place where as former President Barack Obama used to say, “We can disagree without being disagreeable”.    Join the conversation at our Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/gethappywithj/
