
Dealing with grief after the loss of a loved one is never easy. After you survive the acute grief, when the emotional devastation is at its worse, you may feel like that is the end. The truth is that as long as you live, you may experience grief bursts on certain days associated with the loss of your loved ones, such as their birthday or the anniversary of their death. The emotions can creep up on you slowly, or hit you out of the blue. In this podcast episode my husband and I open up and share tips on how we deal with such days after the loss of our son.
